The Freedom Inspired Movement was born from lived experience.
Bodies that needed care.
Relationships that demanded intimacy.
A commitment to living and loving freely.
The Freedom Inspired Movement is a way of living.
When people rebuild strength in their bodies and capacity in their emotional lives, the effects ripple outward,
into relationships, families, and the atmosphere of the home.
This work supports people to come out of survival, control, and coping, and into a way of living that is more honest, present, and alive.
It’s about cultivating the inner and outer conditions that allow life to move again with clarity, vitality, and choice.
When individuals change how they live inside themselves, everything around them begins to reorganise too.

Darren works primarily with men, particularly those in their 40s and 50s who want to rebuild strength, recover from injury, and trust their bodies again.
His work was born from experience.
After years of pushing, ignoring warning signs, and living in a body that felt increasingly stiff and unreliable, Darren reached a point where continuing as he was simply wasn’t an option.
What followed wasn’t a quick fix.
It was a rebuild.
Through strength training, injury rehabilitation, metabolic health, and years of applied learning, Darren developed a grounded, sustainable approach to vitality.
One that restores confidence, resilience, and physical capacity.
Today, he supports men to move well, feel strong, and live fully - not just now, but for the long term.

Erica facilitates the structural reorganisation of the emotional and relational world. She works with individuals and couples who are finished with circular loops and survival-based patterns, and are ready to move into identities that actually fit who they are becoming.
Her work centres on emotional sovereignty - the capacity to feel fully, take responsibility for one’s inner world, and move from reaction into deliberate choice. This is not just "holding space" it is embodied, integrative work designed to create completion, clarity, and tangible movement in relationships, family life, and purpose
As the creator of the Innocence Blueprint™, Erica brings a deep understanding of emotional alchemy, transformation, and the thresholds that shape who we become.
She works specifically at those moments where something is ending and something new is forming - where the "finer points" of change require a direct, honest, and grounded approach.
She supports people to move with what’s alive, integrate what’s been learned, and live what’s true - in their bodies, their relationships, and their lives.
Restore strength, energy, and trust in their bodies
Move beyond emotional patterns that keep them stuck
Change how they show up in relationships and family life
Live with greater clarity, agency, and direction
This work is practical. It’s lived.
And it’s grounded in the present - because real change only happens where you actually are.
